Richard Herring- April News

Hi
Just a few things to tell you about stuff I'm up to in April

I will be performing Talking Cock for (in all probability) the last time ever on Tuesday 20th April at 8pm at the Greenwich Theatre, Crooms Hill, London, SE10 8ES. Tickets £14 (TBC) Box Office 020 8858 7755. Please come along if you can to make the final performance a special one. Be great to have a fullish theatre.

I am starting work on my new show "The Twelve Tasks of Hercules Terrace" which I will be performing at the Edinburgh Fringe in August (doubtless there will be some shoddy previews in and around London in the months leading up to the festival too). I am looking for some interesting and demanding challenges to talk about in that show, so if anyone knows of an exciting or deserving project then please let me know about it.

I am currently writing a weekly "Warming Up style" column for a new publication called the London News Review. So far it has actually been re-jigged entries from my own website, but from now on it will (hopefully) be mainly original material. If you would like to subscribe to this fledgling publication then please visit http://www.lnreview.co.uk/
I think it's a very entertaining read and it's delivered to your door for (I think) only a pound a week. And has stuff that would be of interest to people who don't live in London, so go on, take the plunge.

I will be running the London Marathon on Sunday 18th April. It would be a great help if you can come down on the day and shout encouraging things at me. It would be even better if you sponsored me for the event. Please visit http://www.justgiving.com/herringmarathon to do so, or send a cheque made payable to SCOPE to me c/o Avalon, 4a Exmoor St, London, W10 6BD

I am continuing to write a daily dairy on my own website at http://www.richardherring.com
