However much I click on not wanting to see that ad with the horrible cotton bud coated in earwax, the internet still insists on showing it to me. I don’t know who thinks this is click bait but whoever you are YOU ARE WRONG!
And yes I've asked not to see it again. But clearing the people showing me the cotton buds think I need to see what they're selling. I presume their product is something less gross - so don't show the gross thing, you fucking waxy idiots.
I found another eight or so eggs under a different bush today and some were buried and dirty and so I assumed they were old, because could one bird produce so many eggs in a short time. I'd reluctantly thrown the others away too as although they didn't float in a bowl of water, it seemed like too much of a risk to eat them. But I think they were probably OK and I mainly regret that I didn't just return them to our neighbour, who obviously knows which ones are good or not. I am an idiot.
The chicken came back and settled down under a bush and laid three more eggs, so it can really pump those things out. We're keeping those. It's a small price to pay for cleaning chicken shit off our path! (oh even when the countryside gives you stuff, it still remembers that you need shit on your doorstep). But if it happens at this pace then I will give the eggs back to their rightful owner. I am not the Robin Hood of eggs.
I actually enjoyed home schooling today. My daughter, whilst not respecting me any more than usual, seems more prepared to give it a go and we whizzed through four bits of work in 45 minutes, before then team meeting with the class to discuss safety on the web.
I managed to get in some prep for tonight's Twitch of Fun, that was full of surprises (even some to me) and included an absolute legend. But also once again showcased the mad genius of Richard Ison, with a puppet more scary than anything from Saw or even the original Bungle. It will all be on youtube and on podcast, but you might want to SEE this one to believe it. I mean, yes, I am literally getting no other work done because of my Twitch shows, but who needs other work when you've got stuff like this.
It takes ages to choose the stories and do all the ground work and yet the entire show (pre filmed sketch aside) is more or less made up and indeed the best bits are the things that surprise me by appearing from literally nowhere. And I am learning on the job and discovering new areas and ways of doing things. Though also forgetting loads too - didn't get any messages from the gallery tonight. Wonder what happened to them.
