The new diet continues to astound me. I seem to be losing about half a kilo a day at the moment. I thought I was at best a couple of weeks away from fitting back into my suit, but if this carries on it might be the end of the week.
I am delighted and only slightly concerned that I might be ill again! I think this is all down to the ridiculous healthiness of what I am eating though - and I did a 5km run today too. It's just weird this happening without any calorie counting. I am not really getting hungry - if anything am feeling full a lot quicker.

As I've got a bit more into sport and not wanting super serious news programmes, I have started being a regular listener to 5 Live. It's a very enjoyable station even if sport isn't your thing, with some of our best broadcasters. So I was delighted to talk to Nihal Arthanayake this afternoon. I've been on the show before - this time it was a remote chat. I was expecting to talk about the tour but I wasn't really anticipating getting on to poo hammocks. But I told him about my new healthy eating plan and how they get a sample to test your gut health and there you go. It's the kind of thing that I'd latch on to in one of my interviews, but I didn't expect Nihal to be so interested on lunchtime mainstream radio. But that's what makes him a great interviewer. It was very funny. Sure you can pick it up on catch-up.
Nihal is great at his job and one of the few people in the world who has done more long-form interviews with celebs than me!
And tonight I managed to get Me1 and Me 2 in the same room for the first time in months for frame 168 of their ongoing battle. The kids stay up a bit later now and so it's hard to get the show on air for the 8.03 football scores, but Catie went out for a quick drink just after 9 and I saw my opportunity. It was a crucial frame and full of high-scoring breaks and we all thought it was good to be back (apart from one player who lost)
Good to see well over 100 of the gang were watching live, in spite of the last minute nature of the event.

And a couple more Leicester Square Theatre bits of news coming soon. I'd advise you to book ahead for March 11th. Badgers and Plussers know why. It's already almost half sold out.
You can still get cheaper tickets for all or nearly all the LST dates, so book now
