I am keen to do as many gigs as possible, so if you'd like me to perform in a town near you then please get in contact with your local theatre/arts centre/comedy club and ask them to book me.
The last episode of "That Was Then, This Is Now" is on Radio 2 on Saturday at 1pm. It's an historical sketch show and it's been going OK. You can currently hear episode 5 on the BBC's Listen Again site at http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/aod/comedy.shtml?r2_thatwas
I recently recorded an episode of egghead quiz "Mindgames" It will be broadcast on BBC 4 at 9pm on Monday 8th November and repeated the following Wednesday.
I have a small part in an independent film called "Manilla Envelopes" which I am filming on Friday. I don't know when it will be out (if ever). I am just showing off because I am a movie star.
If you would like a signed poster from "The Twelve Tasks of Hercules Terrace" then please send a cheque for £5 made payable to "Richard Herring" to Richard Herring, PO Box 48323, London, W12 8YY. For a limited time only you will also receive free signed posters from Christ On A Bike and an old Lee and Herring tour (whilst stocks last). If you want more than one Hercules poster then add £2 per extra poster. (The posters are delivered in nice cardboard tubes so they don't get creased)
I now have Hercules programmes to give away as well as Talking Cock ones. If anyone wants a signed programme or 5 then please send a stamped addressed A4 envelope and a cheque for at least £1 per programme made payable to "SCOPE" (the more you donate, the quicker I will get round to sending it to you - SCOPE is the charity which I ran the Marathon for) to Richard Herring, PO Box 48323, London, W12 8YY. Please indicate which show or shows you would like the programme of. I have looked into what stamps you will need to put on your envelope. Here are the 2nd class rates. 1 programme - 35p, 2 programmes - 47p, 3 programmes - 71p, 4 programmes - 83p, 5 programmes - 94p, 6 programmes - £1.14. I don't think you'll get more than 6 in a envelope. You are welcome to have more, but just send more stamped addressed envelopes. Maximum order will be 4000 programmes.
I am afraid I have no more copies of the Talking Cock book. Please go to my site and click the link and buy them from Amazon. Or elsewhere.
NB - I've been having a few problems with the PO Box address. If you have written to me requesting merchandise and not received it then please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Have a good bonfire night.
